Arduino Event Type: Maker Program

Arduino is an open-source electronics prototyping platform based on flexible, easy-to-use hardware and software. It's intended for artists, designers, hobbyists, and anyone interested in creating interactive objects or environments.

With an Arduino you can control LED lights, direct the motors in a robot, trigger sounds, make any object a game controller--the possibilities are endless.

This three-part workshop gets you up and running with Arduino. No programming knowledge required. Everything you need for this workshop is provided, but feel free to bring your own Arduino and/or laptop.

Participants work in pairs, so bring a friend or be ready to make a new one.

Please register for all three sessions. Completed grade 7 and up*
