DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), suicide is the third leading cause of death among persons aged 15‐24 years.  With these alarming statistics, the annual Mosaic Film and Theater Festival focuses this year on suicide awareness and prevention. The program will include a panel discussion from professionals in the counseling field, a screening of a documentary film, and an interactive theatre presentation in which trained actors will improvise scenes about suicide. There will also be a personal testament from someone who’s lost a loved one to suicide. Come and hear their story. =0D=0A=0D=0ADrop in. Lunch will be provided, but limited to first come, first served.=0D=0A=0D=0AMOSAIC Film and Theatre Festival is a partnership program with the City of Bloomington’s Community and Family Resources Dept., The Commission on Multicultural Understanding (COMU), Indiana University Counseling and Psychological Services, Indiana University, Office of Multicultural Initiatives, Mental Health America, Suicide Prevention Coalition and many others.
