DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:Animal Reading Friends (ARF) is a Monroe County Humane Association VIPaws program that brings certified therapy dogs to the library to listen to stories.  Readers of all abilities are encouraged to choose a book and then take a turn reading for fun to one of the dogs.  Reading to a dog can be especially helpful for beginner, reluctant or struggling readers.  No need to register, just drop in anytime between 10:30 and 11:45.
